Refund Policy

Positive Psychology Strategies (PPS) is fully committed to conducting all activities in a professional manner. PPS will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory. Customer satisfaction is important to us! If you decide to cancel your course registration or are not happy with our course materials you may request a refund, minus a $30.00 administration fee:

• Within 30 days after date that you initially signed up for the course and you have not completed

  the course.

• No refund will be given if a Certificate of Completion for a course has been printed (even if

  requested within 30 days as the certificate indicates course completion).

PPS is approved by the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Certification Service which was established in 1996 at the leading independent CPD accreditation institution operating across the industry. While our courses are designed for all educators across the country and around the world, each state/district/governing body has its own requirements for awarding credits. We recommend you contact your governing body for the latest regulations.
